Recently im starting to do mediation daily, i would say it is an effective procedure to keep me calm and free from my overwhelming thoughts. It is definitely difficult to navigate your mind off your busy hectic thoughts. But after more practices, you'll get the momentum and you'll start loving it. It is an alone time which allows you to connect with your own soul. Besides, you get to find out more about yourself, how to calm yourself when you're suffering from anxiety attacks at unpredictable times. Its also a norm that people neglected mental health when they are absolutely engross with chasing dreams, hectic work lifestyle. Therefore, many people tends to forget about connecting with their own soul, knowing their inner self. Its pretty important to find out about your own needs, and get in touch with your own feelings and access how your feelings can make an impact in your life decisions.

Manifestation : if you give good vibes about oneself, you'll attract positivity and you'll get positive returns.

Reading positive quotes daily is a must. Its what motivates me daily, and there are tons of motivational quotes on instagram :) Do follow @mydestinyapp a new platform where i think its a must to share positivity with others out of goodwill. Encourage yourself constantly whenever you fall, its a great practice that one should instil. Because you'll the only one being there for yourself regardless you rise or fall in life. 
So never ever let yourself down and feel discouraged or blame yourself.

There's also a saying which i always agree with, nobody would be there for you after all. Its a need to be self-reliant and you can only depend on yourself to recover from any setback!

Hence never ever give up on yourself, if you do blame yourself occassionally if you didn't meet your own perfections or expectations. Forgive yourself and move on. Because there are much more better things ahead waiting. Believe that the fate had better things planned ahead of us for us to discover and realise the maximum full potential of ourselves.
